Nicole has designed procurement frameworks, operations, and policies and built procurement teams from the ground up. She has also developed strategic global procurement strategies for a broad range of categories, provided targeted coaching for procurement leaders and category managers, and designed and mobilized complex regional and global procurement operations in various industries including manufacturing, construction, and business services. Her key focusses are procurement transformation and change management.
Nicole has earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Pittsburgh; one in Germanic History and Language and the other in Communications Rhetoric accompanied by a diploma in European Studies. Nicole has been awarded the prestigious FedEx Five Star Service award for demonstrating outstanding business achievements in innovation, collaboration, efficiency, and profitability during the fiscal year. She has also received a Siemens Brava award. Nicole enjoys travel, marathon running, spending time with friends and family, and learning new hobbies such as playing the violin.
