Vaibhav is a strategic procurement leader with over 15 years of consulting experience. He helps global organizations transform procurement functions and drive enterprise value. He has partnered with companies across consumer products, technology, utilities, and energy sectors. As a result, he delivers sustainable business impact through modernized procurement and optimized supply chains.

Vaibhav’s areas of expertise include procurement transformation, operating model design, strategic sourcing, category management, cost optimization, and digital enablement. Before joining ProcureAbility, Vaibhav held supply chain consulting leadership roles with Deloitte and KPMG. In these roles, he led initiatives that enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, he created measurable value for Fortune 500 clients.

Based in the Houston area, Vaibhav holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame. During his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and exploring global cuisines.
