AOP Catalyst

Catalyst | NYC brings together senior procurement executives for a focused, one-day working session on the operating model decisions that will shape procurement’s future in an AI-driven landscape. Through small-group masterminds and practitioner-led roundtables, attendees gain expert insights, engage in peer discussions, and develop actionable strategies to strengthen governance, redefine roles, and ensure AI adoption is guided by intentional leadership rather than emerging by default.
