The Fusion ERG focuses on cultivating a diverse and inclusive organization that cherishes and empowers employees from various backgrounds.
We seek to create a safe environment in which all employees are emboldened to achieve their full career potential by encouraging self-development, leadership skills, outreach, and collaboration. The group is dedicated to fostering a connection through a common cause and providing opportunities for professional development, networking, mentorship, and exposure. Events include learning sessions, guest speaker forums, trainings, and summits, as well as community outreach and group volunteering experiences.
Women’s ERG
The Women’s ERG seeks to promote a diverse and inclusive organization and create a culture that embraces, celebrates, and uplifts women. The goal of the Women’s ERG is to create a safe environment in which all members are emboldened to achieve their full career potential by encouraging self-development, leadership skills, outreach, and collaboration through an open forum. The group is dedicated to connecting members through a common cause and providing opportunities for professional development, networking, mentorship, and exposure.
