Dave McCallum is a seasoned procurement professional with nine years of industry and consulting experience. He has worked to help identify, develop, and source direct and indirect goods in organizations with more than $20 billion in annual spend. He has also worked directly with sourcing leadership to develop and implement operating and organizational overhauls that create efficiencies and leverage expertise more effectively at these organizations.

Dave’s areas of expertise include source-to-contract program leadership, strategic sourcing, negotiations, spend analytics, opportunity assessments, procurement centers of excellence, technology implementations, category management, and procurement transformation efforts.
