Kristen Rellihan
With more than 20 years of experience in procurement and consulting, Kristen brings a unique combination of strategic advisory expertise and hands-on operational leadership. Her career spans both consulting and industry leadership, beginning with Accenture’s Supply Chain Strategy practice before serving as the leader of an energy company’s IT Supply Chain organization.
At ProcureAbility, Kristen combines strategic insight with practical experience to help clients solve complex challenges, unlock savings opportunities, and build high-performing procurement organizations. Her ability to bridge executive strategy with operational execution enables clients to achieve meaningful and lasting results. She is known for building strong partnerships and helping organizations navigate complex change with confidence.
Kristen earned a B.S. degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University. She was recognized for her leadership and impact, receiving Consulting Magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting Awards in Excellence in Leadership and earning Procurement Magazine’s 2024 ‘Procurement Mover’ distinction.
Based in Maryland with her family, Kristen spends her free time in Bethany Beach, Delaware, where she enjoys golf, time on the water, and gathering with family and friends.
