A Global Solutions Leader in Source-to-Pay (S2P) with over 20 years of experience in enterprise procurement and supply chain transformation, Rattan has held leadership roles across globally recognized organizations including NTT DATA, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), American Express, Genpact, and Aon. He has led large-scale, cross-regional S2P initiatives spanning Industrial manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, energy, and consumer sectors. Over the course of his career, he has governed global spend portfolios exceeding $2B, built and led multi-disciplinary teams, and driven end-to-end transformation across Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functions. 

Rattan has a strong track record of commercial and strategic impact, having won several multi-million-dollar transformation deals, designed and scaled go-to-market S2P offerings, and developed innovative procurement models such as Device-as-a-Service, to address evolving enterprise needs. He has led SAP Ariba deployments across over twenty enterprises, created category savings pipelines exceeding $200M, and embedded automation, analytics, and AI-driven procurement capabilities into scalable operating models. His current focus is on architecting digitally enabled, value-driven S2P ecosystems that enhance cost efficiency, governance, and supply chain resilience within global manufacturing environments. 

Rattan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi and is a PRINCE2® Practitioner, currently pursuing PMP certification. 

Outside of his professional commitments, he is passionate about strategic investing, tracking global economic trends, and mentoring emerging leaders in procurement and supply chain transformation.
