Yelena has over 20 years of procurement analytics, management consulting, and customer Relationship Management experience, working with Fortune 100 organizations in HealthTech, FinTech, and other industries, as well as state, local, and federal government organizations.

Yelena began her career with Mitchell Madison Group as a consultant and then transitioned to the data analytics world working with Silver Oak Solutions (later, CGI Spend Management Solutions) on various technology platforms. Before joining ProcureAbility, Yelena was the Director of Customer Success at EletrifAi, responsible for delivering AI-driven spend analytics solutions to customers.

Yelena holds a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Russian Literature from Brown University. She lives in Massachusetts with her two daughters, Michelle and Maya, and enjoys traveling, trivia, and game nights with friends.
