Kathleen M. Pomento, who joined ProcureAbility as their Senior Director of Marketing, has ascended to the role of Chief Marketing Officer, becoming the company’s first CMO. With over 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, communications, branding, and public relations, Kathleen has made a strong impact. She has contributed significantly during her nearly two-year tenure at the firm. Her achievements include implementing a multi-faceted marketing plan that elevated ProcureAbility’s position in the procurement services industry. This has also helped drive significant lead generation. Kathleen also holds internal leadership roles, including involvement in the Women’s Employee Resource Group and mentoring programs. Her promotion to Chief Marketing Officer reflects the company’s commitment to growth and business development. Her recognition as Consulting Magazine’s 2022 ‘Mentor of the Year’ highlights her industry influence.

Kristen Rellihan, with a five-year tenure at ProcureAbility, has been promoted to Senior Director of Operations, a testament to her exceptional leadership in client delivery, sales, and internal firm operations. Kristen is a seasoned professional in procurement and supply chain, with over 20 years of experience. She brings deep expertise that strengthens the team’s overall capabilities. Her contributions to cultural initiatives include sponsoring the Women’s Employee Resource Group and the Culture Team.
This reflects her commitment to driving positive change at ProcureAbility. In 2022, Kristen was recognized as a ‘Women Leader in Consulting’ in the Excellence in Leadership category. In her new role, Kristen will continue to support strategic planning and operational goals. She will also help drive the company’s overall success.

Carlos Perico, who joined ProcureAbility just over a year ago as a Director of Advisory, now assumes the position of Senior Director of Advisory. His leadership in strengthening the offshore delivery team has been instrumental to the firm’s success. He has also consistently exceeded client satisfaction and revenue goals. Carlos serves as the Executive Sponsor of Fusion, the firm’s Employee Resource Group. The group focuses on cultivating a diverse and inclusive organization that empowers employees from various backgrounds. In his new role, Carlos will provide oversight for large engagements. He will also develop delivery teams in Latin America and Europe. This will help nurture a new generation of leaders within the organization.
