Josh Elion’s career began at a small music technology startup, a work environment that fostered his entrepreneurial approach to problem solving. Josh moved on to aerospace manufacturing, where he gained exposure to a variety of product types from raw materials to OEM assemblies.

He has practical experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve supply diSenioruptions, lower costs, negotiate contracts, and streamline processes at both the business unit and group levels. Josh has had the opportunity to develop and implement organizational design changes in both tactical and strategic procurement organizations. His category experience is primarily in direct procurement, with an emphasis on mechanical commodities.

Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic media management from California State University Northridge and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
