Scott Peterson is a procurement and supply chain management professional with over 10 years of experience. Working with a broad range of experience in both industry and consulting with businesses of all sizes, he has a track record of improving business outcomes and driving bottom-line impact through full-cycle procurement initiatives.

Scott spent the first half of his career developing his expertise in industry roles across the retail, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries before shifting into the procurement consulting space. Since then, he has supported clients in the life sciences; utilities; aerospace; MROs; and private equity industries through procurement initiatives such as strategic sourcing, mergers and acquisitions, data and analytics, opportunity assessments, change management, process design and optimization, and procurement transformation.

Scott received his bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Michigan State University. He lives in Chicago. When he’s not working, he is walking his Newfoundland dog, playing semi-professional rugby, riding his bike on the lakefront, coaching and competing in Olympic weightlifting, or traveling the world.
