Laura Wanner-Chavez has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and change management, with a solid background in consulting, consumer products, and recruitment process outsourcing industries. She has strong expertise in sourcing for hard-to-fill corporate, executive, and highly specialized roles, working and leading multinational teams based in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and India.

She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Mexico City as a senior consultant. She later joined Cadbury Adams, leading the talent acquisition function. When she relocated to the United States, she joined PeopleScout as the manager of the US and Canada talent acquisition and onboarding areas.

Laura has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, is bilingual (English and Spanish), and is Targeted Selection certified. She lives with her husband and two dogs in Fountain Hills, Arizona, and is passionate about fitness and dogs.
