Yana Lukanina, CSCP
Yana is a global supply chain and procurement professional with over 20 years of experience spanning industry and consulting. She has deep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation, and operational excellence, with a strong record of delivering cost optimization, working capital improvement, and risk mitigation across complex global supply chains.
Prior to joining ProcureAbility, Yana held senior roles at Tsetinis, ZF Company, and Alvarez and Marsal, where she advised Fortune 500 and private equity–backed clients on sourcing transformation, network optimization, and data-driven supply chain diagnostics. Her leadership experience includes serving as Interim Procurement & Logistics Director for a major pharmaceutical manufacturer and heading procurement, logistics, and customs for a leading European white goods company. She has led large-scale cost reduction and sourcing initiatives across pharmaceutical, automotive, industrial, and telecom sectors, consistently achieving multimillion-dollar savings through data-driven and cross-functional collaboration.
Yana holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Economic Relations from Moscow University (MGIMO) and has been an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) since 2012. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband, their daughter, and an eight-pound Papillon puppy named Percy.
