About Rhiana Gallen

Rhiana has extensive experience leading and supporting complex projects across the utility and telecommunications industries, focusing on strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, robust procurement and spend analytics, process design and optimization, project management, and procurement transformation.

She joined ProcureAbility in 2019 and has applied her passion for sourcing across diverse client engagements. Since then, she has built strategic relationships and led sourcing initiatives ranging from millions to billions of dollars.

Rhiana has a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University and was recognized as a 30 Under 30 Rising Supply Chain Star by Thomas and the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) in 2017. She lives in Castle Rock, Colorado and enjoys staying active with the gym, hiking, and golfing; travelling; and trying out new recipes to cook.
