Manish Pawnikar has 20 years of international experience in source-to-pay consulting and business transformation, managing large service delivery and operations, low-cost country sourcing (LCCS), and pre-sales. He brings in-depth knowledge in the source-to-contract and procure-to-pay domain and has firsthand experience in leading projects across processes such as strategic sourcing, LCCS, procurement operations , contract management, and vendor management. He has expertise in spearheading business transformation initiatives and setting processes for delivering customer-centric solutions with high business impact; leading end-to-end delivery operations; managing people, processes, internal stakeholders, and client expectations; managing contractual metrics, service-level agreements, and key performance indicators; and identifying and driving continuous improvement through transformation and digital automation.

Manish has worked with and consulted for numerous Fortune 1000 companies in pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, mining, aerospace, information technology, and food and beverages, as well as fast-moving consumer goods and high-tech manufacturing industries. He has exposure to work with global clients in South Africa, Europe, Australia, the United States, and Asia.

Manish started his career in a Germany-based boutique firm and eventually worked with organizations such as Genpact, TCS, and Accenture before he joined ProcureAbility as head of operations.

Manish holds a diploma in plastic engineering and a bachelor’s degree in plastic technology, plus an MBA in marketing from Mumbai University, India.

He is passionate about nature and spends his free time exploring historic places, gardening, bird watching, and trekking with his friends and family.
