Dennis Kurtzhall brings over 15 years of extensive experience in procurement to the table. Throughout his career, he’s consistently delivered tangible results by effectively managing procurement projects, optimizing costs, and enhancing supply chain efficiency.

Dennis’s expertise spans areas including sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and risk mitigation. He takes pride in his ability to communicate and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.

Dennis is a firm believer in keeping up with the latest trends and practices in procurement. Sustainability and ethics are close to his heart, and he consistently advocates for responsible procurement practices.

Outside work, you’ll find Dennis somewhere in nature—camping, snowboarding, or out on the water. And he’s always up for diving into a good book to learn more about what’s happening in the procurement business.

Susie Reardon is a senior manager with more than 20 years’ experience in the source-to-pay and business transformation space. She previously worked in the manufacturing and consumer products sectors, standing up complex procurement transformation programs and delivering significant cost reduction opportunities as well as overall process improvements to reduce the total cost of ownership for her clients. She has been the project management office lead for indirect category sourcing engagements in categories including contingent labor, travel, print, hardware and software, payment methods, real estate, and marketing.

Susie has expertise in making systemic process improvements, building highly effective teams, and achieving organizational goals while maximizing growth and efficiency in the short and long terms. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and two dogs.

Jim Coleman has more than eight years of experience working in procurement and supply chain management across a variety of industries such as chemicals, industrial equipment, radio frequency technology, software, and utilities. His background is primarily in direct and indirect sourcing for global manufacturing companies and utilities. He has led numerous projects and teams in areas such as category strategy development, strategic sourcing, material and inventory management, and supply chain analytics.

Jim’s areas of expertise also include contract management and negotiations. Prior to joining ProcureAbility, Jim worked within the procurement and supply chain organizations of companies such as BASF Corporation, Ebbo, JMA Wireless, and Xylem. Currently, he leads a ProcureAbility team responsible for category management and strategic sourcing efforts for a portfolio of indirect services at a large California-based utility.

Jim holds both a bachelor of science degree and an MBA from Syracuse University. Jim resides in the Syracuse, New York, area. He is an avid power lifter, mountain biker, and musician. He enjoys writing and recording music and hiking the Adirondack Mountains with his wife.

Larry Flusser is an accomplished procurement professional with more than 15 years of strategic consulting experience. Larry started in New York in book publishing production and has held roles in cost estimating, accounting, procurement technology, managed service delivery, and independent procurement data analytics consulting.

Larry has a diverse client portfolio spanning manufacturing, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, financial services, healthcare, and utilities. He enjoys working with stakeholders looking to gain benefits from improved procurement processes and implementation of change management.

Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Pittsburgh. A former New York City resident, he now lives in Palos Verdes Estates, California, and enjoys watching and playing soccer.

Bahareh Lashgary is a supply chain professional with more than 16 years of experience. Her background is in consulting and industry, including expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement and procure-to-pay. Bahareh specializes in developing and executing strategic sourcing opportunities to generate significant savings and provide process improvement solutions while maintaining or improving the level of service and product.

Bahareh has led the design and execution of sourcing strategies for multiple indirect categories, including travel and expenses, office supplies, and food and beverage, delivering 5%–10% in sustainable savings through targeted negotiations and advanced proposal evaluation techniques.

She has lived in multiple countries. She earned a bachelor’s degree in French literature from Azad University, Science and Research Branch (Iran) and completed her MBA at Strayer University.

In her free time, Bahareh enjoys learning about diverse cultures, history, psychology, and geopolitics. She is passionate about cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Drawing from extensive experience as a procurement specialist at both RMA Group and Bio-Rad Laboratories, Liliya Mack possesses a wealth of knowledge in enhancing vendor relationships to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions. She has experience in many aspects of procurement, including the issuance of purchase orders in SAP and Ariba, supplier performance management, and supplier selection and qualification. She excels at managing invoicing and crafting customized SAP/Ariba instructions for businesses. Her role extends to offering continuous support, creating training materials for new hires, and leading procurement teams as a procurement specialist manager.

Liliya holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics, and Strategic Research (now KIMEP University), bolstering her business and managerial economics proficiency.

Liliya enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Alex Sitkoff has over seven years of consulting experience leading and supporting complex consulting engagements for multiple Fortune 500 clients. He is armed with a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management, and has a track record of delivering tangible results through optimizing procurement operations and value creation.

Alex began his consulting career with Accenture, where he drove procurement transformation initiatives in multiple industries, including oil and gas, aerospace and defense, food, and beverage, automotive, chemical, and industrial.

Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and international business from Duquesne University.

Tyrone Thomas has extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, supply chain planning, technology, invoice optimization, inventory and project management. He began his career focused on all aspects of the procurement process before transitioning into applying his talents as a consultant for diverse supply chain programs. Tyrone has cross-industry experience in technology, accounting and finance, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and aerospace, among others.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA in management from Wayland Baptist University.

Tyrone enjoys exploring Texas by motorcycle, teaching his son motorcycling basics, trying new restaurants with family and friends, and attending car shows.
